Re: General pics

From a trip to Ireland Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge (10).jpg This is what you call a boat launching facility. It was a long way down to catch some Atlantic Salmon back in the day. Arnold Is that at the Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge up near the Giants Causeway? Looks fairly familiar to there to me. Dee :)

Re: Fishing advice for Daughter.....

Have discussions commenced with 'mum' that a new 10 weight is needed. Top of the range rod and reel, to encourage kids to explore the world outside of a screen. Discussion's are being prepped as I am aiming bigger than just a 10WT, going to start with a new boat and back pedal from there! Ha!...

Fishing advice for Daughter.....

Hi Guy's, I took my daughter solo fishing at the weekend to try and make a start at getting her into fishing. Using sabiki's on her second cast she caught a double header of herring and trumpeter so essentially fly fishing with a sinker! Ha! Ha! Had a picnic and built a couple of sand castles ...

Re: Swan river tailor leaders

You can also tie your flies further back from the eye of the hook and leave that section bare. This will act as a "wire trace" if you like. Have a look at the Giant Herring Fly on the website.

Re: Towing Tyre Pressure

Hi Mate, If you know what your loads are there is an inflation table that you can use to work out exact inflation pressures. https://www.toyotires.com/media/2125/application_of_load_inflation_tables_20170203.pdf Few calculations to do but it'll give you exactly what you need for peace of mind strai...

Re: Towing Tyre Pressure

Thanks Guy's

I will probably stick them up to 40 and maybe 42 in the rear. Also heard the 4psi rule where the pressure increases by 4psi after an hour of driving so I dont want it too stiff. These tyres are good up to 50psi apparently.

Towing Tyre Pressure

Hi Guy's, just put on a set of Toyo Open Country AT2 all terrain tyres in a 265/75R16 size on the DMAX. Wondering what you do tyre pressure wise when you are towing the boat up to Exmouth? Tyrepower have put the pressure at 38psi for normal driving for front and rear tyres. Are you increasing the p...
