Ok, I'm Lazy! Here's the copy/paste from the FaceBook post. With Boneheads around the corner, it's a perfect time to put the focus on big fish and casting the heavy gear.
This ones set to be a great afternoon of fun, learning and sharing.
I'll kick off by putting the spotlight on the most intimidating fish on the flats; the mighty GT. We'll talk about fly selection, presentation tactics, Hookset, managing your nerve and the fight.
Graeme Hird will then demonstrate some fundamental techniques for casting the heavy gear and throwing heavy flies.
The session will finish up with some one-on-one time practising on the grass with Tony Ong, Graeme and myself.
This session is all about the heavy gear, so bring your weapon of choice (10 weight and above).
Cost is $50 and includes a black and white set of workshop notes. Colour copies available on the day at a $15 surcharge.
