Pic Uploads

Now that photobucket is charging an arm and a leg to keep your pics and load them up onto the forum, what are people using to link their pics into threads now?

Dee :)

This was uploaded with the attachments tab in the reply widow.

I usually use my own web site though.

Thanks Graeme,

I think my file's were too big for that to work. Will have to try and reduce them then. Is there no other site like Photobucket?

Hi Dee, I just make a copy of any photo I want to put up and resize it to 250KB or less and upload them with the attachments tab below the reply box, seems to have worked every time so far ? I'm too dumb to even know how to use any external photo upload site or something !

Ha! Ha! Are you just photoshopping it to get the quality down or what way are you reducing the file size?

Dee, all computers come loaded with software that you can resize pics with. With windows, have a look for a program called paint. I'm sure that Macs have something equivalent.
With tablets and phones, have a look for free apps that resize pics. There's quite a few around.
Alternatively, hack Hirdy's website and host your pics there. Pretty sure he would have kiddie filters turned off so you could just about put anything up there.
