Rod Don't leave the 10 at home bring everything haha. even a 12 or 14 wt will get bent down here :)

If i was fishing off the stones a 10 is better for salmon for more lifting power. And Ill be heading out off shore chasing kings,bonito salmon and tuna so I'm sure u will be out fishing with me some time :) The 5 wt will be most fun in the estuary 6-7 better for when the wind comes up. Get good at casting in the wind and its pretty windy place :)

Hi Adam. Thanks. Interesting points on what weight rods to use. Just hope I can get cold water lines in those weights here in SA, or perhaps I'll try eBay. Matt, would you confirm Adam's viewpoint?
