Couliflower flies

Hi guys, could someone please tell me what I need to tie the above fly and how to tie it.

I've never known a cauliflower to take a fly. If you manage to land one, measure it up - it's bound to be a new club record.

My vegetarian wife would be pretty mad if I start tying cauliflower to a 6/0 Gamakatsu SL12 hook

I'm guessing you would use either white or a cream thread. Maybe yellow if you dip the fly in a cheddar sause.

Sorry Kelly. I tried to google for that fly and all that showed up in the search results were a bunch of cauliflower dishes.

What is this fly used for? Who made this fly? Do you have a picture of the fly?

It is like a bread fly. We used them for carp back in SA
