Mullet !

Post by daniel horne » Tue Sep 08, 2020 9:59 am

this swan flats season I want to put some time in to the friggin mullet
So I thought I’d make this post for everyone to comment what has and has not worked for them
This could help us collectively try crack the code on these or at least raise the catch rate
Cheers dan

Dan's whiting worm has worked sometimes for me.
BMS flies have worked sometimes.

I have not found anything that works more than once in a session apart from that worm I was using with you that day in Mandurah. I'll still keep trying stuff though.

I'm particularly keen to speak with Mark Coombes' son, who seems to have some progress.

I think the flies probably need to be small and they need to move a just the right time to attract a fish but not spook it.

Bring on the tides and warm water!
