Anyone fished the Sci Anglers Sonar Saltwater Hover line or have any idea for their application in Exmouth gulf and Ningaloo and such waters?

Re: SA Sonar Saltwater Hover
Reckon it could have potential as a Tuna line, but maybe not fast enough for general flats work? Ill be getting a few but mostly in standard inter and sinktip. Some of these Sonar lines do look to have interesting tapers. But not the titan versions, way to aggressive imo. They also seem to have a more temperate coating which may make them more applicable for us here in Perth waters. As they wont cast like wire rope when not fishing exmouth in the middle of summer.

Personal opinion, A hover is pretty much a floating that is supposed to ride under the wave rather than on them, they are one of the slowest selling fly lines and one of the most specialised, personally I would just get either a standard intermediate or full floating depending on the situation. An intermediate is fine for tuna, and a full sink is too, just the intermediate feels nicer and is way better the cast quickly and safely.

They do a full intermediate with pretty much the same specs which has an orange intermediate running line and crystal clear tip section, I have one , they look and feel impressive and will have it's first test run at boneheads on my 8wt TCX.
