Hi all
Our next meeting is the clubs AGM.
We have the formal side of the AGM to run through, but will try and make this as short and painless as possible.
All positions on the committee are up for election. If you feel you have something to contribute, or would just like to become more involved with the club, please consider nominating for a position on the committee. It would be good to have a few new faces on the committee, as there has not been any changes for a few years. At this stage, Rohan has indicated that he will be stepping down as a general helper, so there is a position on the committee for someone to organize the raffles. Rohan is still looking to stay on as the club records keeper.
Chef Dale has again kindly put his hand up to put a meal together for us. please see attached menu.

We will have some door prizes and raffles prizes. The field day prizes will also be drawn on the night.
Leon's trip report from Aana will follow after AGM business has concluded.
We also have a few members films to show on the night.
Other general business.
The committee has decided that member fees remain the same. Full member $50, country member $25, junior $25. Guests for the night $10.
More information to follow once details are finalized.

Tony what time is it? If I’m in perth I will try to make it. Let my membership lapse last year but need to join back up this year.

Meetings usually start at 7.30pm, however, there will be things like membership renewals this meeting. There will be someone there from 6.30 onwards.

Forgot to mention that we have new caps organized. As an added incentive, all renewed memberships, as well as new members signing up by the AGM, will receive one of the new caps. If you can't make the meeting, membership dues can be paid via eft. The form below is for 2017. Just make a note that you are signing up for 2018.
