AGM Menu 2018

Hi Guys Chef Dale here just confirming December 4th AGM Menu I'm preparing MYO Angus Beef Burgers + Vegetarian version with all the toppings you can think of. Cheese, Bacon, crispy chorizo, shredded lettuce, rocket, caramelised onions, Gavin mates pickled onions, sliced beetroot, sliced tomato, and a side of slaw on a toasted Brumby burger bun. Fresh cut watermelon and rockmelon. If you have any topping request please let me know.

Is it asking too much to get a real mayonnaise and perhaps some dijon mustard?

I wont be able to make it unfortunately but i reckon no good burger is complete without a good pickle! I can highly recommend McClures Pickles.
