Morsie Casting Clinics, May 2020

Morsie and I are running two advanced casting clinics on the first weekend of May.
The first clinic (2nd May) covers distance casting. Specifically, using shooting head lines effectively, but we'll also discuss carrying longer heads to improve distance with "conventional" lines. Using double handed rods for overhead distance casting is on the menu.
Consider this when salmon season gets here: surf fishing for salmon with a long rod is possibly the ultimate southern WA fly buzz.
The second clinic (3rd May) deals with Spey casts using both double handed and single handed rods. This family of casts is much more useful than you may suspect, even in salt water and from boats. They are also WAY more fun than you might think!
The cost is $150 per person per day. Please contact me to book your position. (Places are limited, of course.)
