Fly lines for chasing mullloway @ narrows

Hey guys
Gonna spend this summer chasing mullloway at the narrows but I'm having a few problems deciding on my fly line preference..
I'm going to use a 10wt at stage maybe a 9wt.. Ideally I want something with a shooting head to help deliver a largely dressed flashy profile fly.. A 3/o most of the time with heavy eyes.. I figure the mullloway won't be sitting at the bottom, but more mid table / a meter off the bottom.. So I was thinking a full intermediate line with a fairly long Fluorocarbon leader set up.. So far I've considered a rio outbound as you only need 1 back cast and it shoots a country mile.. But then I thought you guys might know a lot more about it.. The streamer express 350 grain with a clear tip also cast a country mile with heavy flies.. Buts it's a fast sinking tip with an inter running line.. Do I have any other options?
Cheers guys
