Hi guys,

I will be up for a couple of days working in the Wickham area close to point Sampson. Are there any landbased flyfish opportunities around here and if so, any advise on tackle, species, etc this time of the year?

thanks

Shore based is a little hard- on a boat off pt sampson is quite rewarding. One spot I never got to fish while living up there was the flats at the mouth of the creek in cossack. I took photos of them at low tide and swore I would wade them one day on a falling and incoming tide, but thats as far as I got. Any of the back beaches around that area should hold something fishy...
