Complimentary food and beverages will be made available to paid-up members. Guests will be charged $10 per head.

Members are encouraged to renew their memberships on the night. The committee has decided that there will be no change in fee for next year. $50 Full members, $25 Junior members, $25 Country members. As in previous years, we will have a substantial door prize for those that renew their memberships on the night. This year, the committee has organized annual membership cards to be distributed for paid up members.

All positions of the club's committee are declared vacant. Paid up members are welcome to nominate for a position on the committee.

We've had problems finding a suitable guest speaker this year. In place of a speaker, we will have a presentation on how to target billfish on fly.

The committee has also decided to tweak the field day format a little to try and get more members to participate.
Field days cost $3.00. $30 if you pay for the year up front.
Field days are set up to encourage members to attend. Quite a few of the days are set up as buddy days. It's a chance to fish with someone new and pick up some of their tips and tricks.
We use a ticket raffle system to run the field days.
You get a ticket for every field day that pay for.
The field day officer sets a series of challenges for each field day. Winner of each section gets an extra ticket.
We have struggled to get field day sheets submitted in the past. This year, you will receive another ticket for each field day form submitted. You need to have attended the field day to submit a form.
All money raised from field days goes towards buying prizes. Winner of the field day gets drawn out of a hat on AGM night.

same here tony I wont be able to make it down for this years AGM, flick us a text with your account details and ill send my membership money down! but im going to try make it down for one of the more interesting field days next year.. might have to find an excuse for work to fly me down for a week
