Down Mandurah way

I've had no luck finding Salmon from the shore down this way. been down as far as point Peron but they have proved to be quite elusive. At my secret spot inside the estuary the "Salmon Trout" are in plague proportions' had to release about 30 to catch 5 Herring last week. So its good for a bit of entertainment with the lightweight rod at the moment. If you do come down to "MY" spot  for a fish, please don't make too much noise about it
The size limit for Salmon is 30cm. If under this size they are known locally by the white bucket brigade as Yellow fin Herring'. I don't know how many fingers these guys have but even the new bag limit of 10 for Herring seems too hard to figure out. Stop when the bucket is full is much easier for them. As you may gather I'm a bit pissed about this at the moment.
