The "Quick Penny Knot"

I was having a quick chat to Gav after the meeting tonight and mentioned a knot I've been using lately. I got the low-down on this knot on the web site of Peter Hayes. He calls it The Quick Penny Knot, but I've seen it called other things on the net since then.

It's the easiest knot I've ever seen, it can be tied in the dark, it's strong and it can be tied as a loop knot or a clinch-style.
