AGM Tuesday 6 December 2016
AGM Tuesday 6 December 2016
Our next meeting is the clubs AGM. All positions on the committee are up for election. If you feel you have something to contribute, or would just like to become more involved with the club, please consider nominating for a position on the committee.
We'll try and keep the formal side of the AGM as short and painless as possible.
Chef Dale has a secret culinary plan up his sleeve. We will have some door prizes and raffles prizes. The field day prizes will also be drawn on the night. We have a trip report from Lenny, who has just returned from a trip chasing doraldo.
The committee has decided that member fees remain the same. Full member $50, country member $25, junior $25.
More information to follow once details are finalized.

If visitors come with members, what will be their cost for the evening $10 as per last year?

I won't be casting in the park before the AGM. Too much preparation work before the meeting to be done.
Cheers,

Re: AGM Tuesday 6 December 2016
Well 2016 has nearly come to an end, last nights AGM was another successful evening.
I think we had around 45 attend with 4 new guys joining up, and around 40 odd renewing subscription, Great effort.
The evening started with the Ninja-Viking giving Chef Dale a hand with the food. Chef Dale kept a close watch on proceedings. The next one reminds me of a movie where a couple of guys drive around in a van made out to look like a dog, just saying.

The evening was capped off with a great Trip report and short film by Lenny AKA kaka.
He looks like this. forgive him for the Shirt, he really is a nice guy, just a little miss guided.
one of the go to flies. things where wrapped up with the Field day Raffle, won by Chef Dale.
Later that night, the new 6080 sage was seen strapped into the front seat with the seat belt, what can one say
The Membership door prize won by one of the new members. Lets just call him Mate for now. sorry mate forgot your name.
Anyhow Have a Great Xmas, Stay Safe, and may the big man bring all that you wish for.
