Giving a shout about Excellent customer service

Post by Martin Kuhn » Wed Apr 08, 2015 5:24 pm

Hi All,

I think its the right thing to do to let you all know about the EXCELLENT service that I recieved from Sage in the US.

I sent an email to Sage recently enquiring about buying a replacement cap for my ali rod tube (I lost it whilst camping last Christmas). Within a day, I had recieved a response saying that two caps had been put in the post for me, for free!! The parcel arrived in Fremantle via courier 5 days later!!

How awsome is that!!

Thank you Sage for your excellent customer service

Cheers
Martin

That's why I only fish Sage and Tibor the service is excellent. I dropped a riptide which I bought second hand last year without a warranty on a tiled floor. It bounced like a tennis ball which bend the rim. Tibor repaired it no questions asked. The return on Sage rods during the US fishing season can be bit slow though but I can just imagine how busy they must be.

had a feel of the redone drag by sage, its got 10 numbers for drag and before i could wind it up to 10 and use about 2 kgs of drag to move it.
now can only get it past 5 and just about locked up.good device for a old model reel.
